Who else want to do a last minute shopping? I guess, I do! I am quite afraid that some of the stuffs I need to pack up including some of  the presents for my family and friends at home will not be included in my luggage. I already started packing one luggage and it is full now. One luggage still needs to be packed and I want to finish it before weekend comes. Have you been to the so-called “Garden of Europe”? If you do, then you surely know what it is. It is this garden called Keukenhof and it is located in Lisse, the Netherlands. I once visited this garden paradise. As a lover of garden and flowers, this place simply inspires me to grow more tulips in our garden.  I might not have 7 million  flower  bulbs in our  “little Keukenhof”  but I am happy to see some flowers like tulips, daffodils, hyacinths and other spring flowers that you can also see in Keukenhof  Park. It is considered to be the world’s largest flower garden which covers an area of 32 hectares. Visiting it can truly be an awesome experience!

Yes, I have a little Keukenhof too, right outside our door. We have quite a  nice garden.  Our neighbor also told me while I was  cleaning and planting flowers in our garden this afternoon…lolz! My friends who also visited our garden say, it is nice. I wish I have more time working in our garden all the time but I am also a busy soul.   The photos I posted here were taken in our garden. All welders need to have a proper welding helmet; it is one of the most straightforward fundamental items of safety equipment in the office. The weather is so lovely today. It is not so cold and it  was also sunny. It is now 6:00 in the evening but it is not dark yet. This is the sign that spring is just around the corner. The days are getting longer and the  flowers and plants in the surroundings are starting to grow.  Spring time also means garden work and I love it.

Crocuses/Croci in our Garden. It seems that there is a visitor coming to the crocuses.

I took the chance to work in our garden this afternoon.  Finally, I am done planting  all the bulb flowers I bought last week. I still have more flowers to plant  but I will do it when time permits.  There are still dried leaves to be gathered and dried branches of the tree. (more…)

What a lovely weather we are having  today.It is still winter but we had blue sky, sunshine and it is not so cold outside. At this time of the year, in last year’s winter season, we still had snow but now, I can only say, it is indeed a beautiful day.

Since I am talking about birthday presents here, I would love to continue it now. Some of my siblings will be having birthdays next month. In fact, 2 o f my brothers will celebrate  their birthdays in May.   (more…)

March is finally here! This also means that spring season in Europe is about to come. According to the calendar March 20, 2014 is the beginning of spring season. I am quite excited because I already saw the first spring flowers in our garden. I can’t wait to see more in the coming weeks.

Sometimes it is hard to deal with people who  do you think are professional but aren’t really. They exist everywhere. Just ranting and I am telling you, I am not happy dealing with such kind of people especially if we are talking about serious business here. It’s better to be backed to my main topic here before I say anything else. Ooopppss, I need to smile to avoid wrinkles. lolz!

I can already feel the breeze of spring season. I am really glad that we are currently having a mild winter. This means less work because we don’t need to clean and plow the snow in our walking way. I guess, we also don’t need to spend too much heating bills. This year is quite a cheaper year considering the money that we will be spending for home heaters. (more…)

Spring weather in winter time! This is simply great. I love it and we are having it right now. I can still remember the winter season we had last year. It  was not really good. Everything around was  full of snow. This time, there is no snow in our area. I can already feel the coming of spring season and I am getting more excited for it. Let me go back to my main topic. Do you get bored when you are at home? I heard from some people especially women who always complain in their facebook wall that they are bored when they just stay at home. Not for me! Deciding which siding to install in your home can be a tough decision for a homeowner. Some might decide to use wood, alumimum or fiber cement siding. There are good materials but still most of them will not last long. For example wood is not really weatherproof. Time will come and it will be rotten and destroyed especially if it is not maintained and properly taken care of. That was indeed a very busy day yesterday. I am thankful that I did accomplished some things. First, we drove to the Employment Office to ask for assistance regarding the acknowledgement of my Bachelor’s Degree and job experience. The lady who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. There will still be some paper works I need to be done and I hope I can slowly move on this year and wish to be backed in the corporate world,  if given the chance. (more…)
